My Path

Guided by the foundational values taught by my parents, the insights learned from my business coaches, and the experience gained through 20+ years of professional development, I've always sought to bring a holistic touch to business and leadership.

In the midst of growing my business, I felt the need for guidance. Turning to both a therapist and a business coach, I soon realized that their advice sometimes conflicted. The therapist provided insights that occasionally seemed misaligned with my business goals, while the business coaches often overlooked the personal challenges I was facing.

This experience highlighted a gap: a need for support that understood both the emotional and business aspects of my life. This realization led to the creation of Soma & Soul, aimed at offering comprehensive support to high-performing women and entrepreneurs, focusing on embodied business, feminine leadership, and somatic coaching.
